Poker.com Blogger Tour Season 2 Event #3

Event 3 is scheduled to start 9 am Sunday morning NZ time, I look forward to another hangover blogger tour event :)

Well what can I say, you cant play much poker with a raging hangover. I was sitting out the first 20 mins, but I came in a lost my chips within a handful of hands because there was a construction crew working in my head!!!! Im just gonna keep my head up and grind away at trying to earn some points but at this stage im well behind the top 20 list unless I hit a hosting bounty because these bounties and hosting bonuses just give too many points to be fair.

Im also conceding the commentary to Imjusthere4thebeer's blog, he has some great coverage so far and even a few extra's. I will add a link to his blog soon.

More exams so more study for the next week.

You should all check out Kid Dynamite's Blog Its not the usual read and the guy has some pretty cool posts on it. I found it through wickedchopspoker which is another blog u should all visit.

I busted out of this real early, I didnt have any hands and no patience to play without them. I'm now 36th on the leaderboard with 68 pts 20th currently has 112 so I need a final table performance or a hosting bonus knockout to get back in there but i'm confident if I play well for each event I can get into that grand final.

73 PLayers turned up and Natsdad followed up his 6th place performance in event 1 with a win. The final hand played out as follows:

iyatoni was short stack with 19930 to natsdads 126070.

iyatoni went all in preflop with Ks,7d and was a 67.6% favourite when called by natsdads Qh,9h.

The 5s,10h,Js strengthened his strong hold on the hand to 70.2% but natsdads took away all hope when his open ended straight draw filled with the Kd turn to add salt to the wound the Ac river gave natsdads broadway with an A high straight.
